Career Coaching

University Graduates

Now you have your bachelor degree, where do you go from here? Is it best to get your Master’s, do another internship or enroll on the trainee program? Together, we can define what options there are with companies and institutions, followed by thorough preparation for interviews and selection processes.

“There is no such thing as a wrong turn. Every step you take is just the next, bringing you closer to your goal.”

Dear students and graduates:

Your studies may very well test your personal limits. The pressure of exams, bad marks or wondering if you have chosen the right subject can be highly stressful, especially in the first semesters. After getting their bachelor’s, however, many graduates ask themselves whether they should study for a master’s. And after the master’s, they face demanding assessment centers, which may determine their entire future career. I offer practical guidance and expertise in all these situations.

Yet sometimes you may experience acute crises: disorientation, your own excessively high expectations or lack of organization chaos may even cause panic in later semesters and the desire to “drop everything”. This is where targeted coaching is beneficial, in most cases, quickly helping you regain focus and clear your mind. Let us find a solution together.

Yours sincerely,
Irene Krapp
